Multi-Layered Sintered Filter Cartridge

The Multi-Layered Sintered Filter material of metal sintered mesh filter adopts Standard five-layer sintering is five layers of stainless steel wire mesh superimposed by vacuum sintering and laminated press. Our  five-layer media is composed of protective layer, precision control layer, a dispersion layer and two reinforcing meshes. It provides excellent performance such as high precision and high mechanical strength and compressive strength. The filter element made of it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, good permeability, precise filter capabilities and smooth wire mesh surface construction making them ideal for easy backwash cleaning & regeneration.
